Original cold weather deck jacket issued to the U.S. Navy in the 1980s that was intended for work on board and used for lookouts on ships during storms and in extreme cold weather situations.

It has a water-repellent nylon shell and the inner liner is filled with light foam–when a sailor goes overboard, it has buoyancy, which makes it excellent for floating. Brown corduroy is used for the collar.

The jacket is a bit stiff to wear because of the foamed inner liner.
