The Halys Level 7 Parka is an insulation layer that makes up the outermost layer of protection of the Extreme Cold Weather System (ECWCS) adopted by the U.S. Army.
The parka is designed for use in extreme cold conditions. Constructed with an Epic by Nextec outer shell fabric that has a water resistant finish and with a PrimaLoft® high-loft insulation, Level 7 is highly durable and breathable. The Parka maintain warmth even when wet and provides protection in extreme cold conditions during static operations.
